<li>Add To/From account option when editing a transfer so both accounts can be changed. <font color=red>completed</font>
<li>Add new option when balancing account that will automatically convert all transactions earlier than the first of the month to reconciled but leave current month and future months as is.
<li>Update graph by payee to first show the payee selected grouped by sub-category and then filter down to dates. <font color=red>completed</font>
